It probably has a few niche applications that would make use of reduced and redistributed weight but it wouldn't match the practical street performance offered by the vg30dett... big power/reasonable boost/low lag/low octane OR -crazy- power when "all out"Unless the swap shaves 1100-1200 pounds off the car...
